Uthalden AS is a private investment company owned by Harald Moræus-Hanssen. The company invests in listed securities as well as private companies and assets, with a main focus on shipping, offshore and energy services. Its investment approach builds on long experience in the maritime sector. Since 2017, Uthalden’s real estate investments have been held in a separate company, Uthalden Eiendom AS.

Uthalden AS is the majority owner of Uthalden Maritime Management AS, an experienced disponent and business manager in the shipping and offshore markets. The company takes an active role in technical and commercial matters throughout the life of an asset, from acquisition and ownership to sale, as well as in day-to-day business management. Its services are offered exclusively to projects initiated by Uthalden AS.
